Botech NSG
Network Spine Grid

The Backbone of

A fault-tolerant, multi-vector communications grid designed to unify disparate sensors, actuators, and control surfaces into a single intelligent utility.

Explore the Grid

Infrastructure Resilience

Botech NSG provides the structural integrity required for mission-critical deployments. It acts as the invisible layer beneath the Central Coordination Fabric (CCF), ensuring data delivery regardless of physical constraints or environmental noise.

Hybrid Path Routing

NSG automatically negotiates the optimal path for telemetry, seamlessly switching between hardline fiber, cellular backhaul, and local RF mesh to maintain 99.999% uptime.

Fault Tolerance

Engineered for self-healing. If a primary link acts unstable or is severed, NSG reroutes traffic through redundant nodes without interrupting the control logic loop.

Scalable Grid

Deploy a single intersection or an entire city block. NSG architecture scales horizontally, supporting high-density sensor grids without latency penalties.

The Network is the Sensor

NSG is not just a transmission link; it is an active participant in the system. The grid continuously analyzes spectral health, latency, and node performance, feeding this telemetry back to the logic engine. This turns the network into a "virtual sensor" that devices can interact with.

Bi-Directional Interaction

Devices don't just "use" the network; they interrogate it. An ADS Sensor can query the NSG for current link stability and automatically adjust its own sampling rate or compression algorithm to match available bandwidth in real-time.

Logic-Driven Adaptation

If a physical link degrades, NSG informs the Control Logic immediately. The system can instantly trigger "Fail-Safe" signal timings or "High-Reliability" modes based on the network's own self-diagnosis, preventing safety gaps before they occur.

Connectivity Vectors

NSG is media-agnostic. It abstracts the physical connection layer, allowing Botech ADS sensors and CCF controllers to communicate over whatever medium fits the deployment site.

Hardline Infrastructure

Ethernet / Fiber / RS-485

For primary traffic cabinet links and high-bandwidth backbones. Provides deterministic sub-millisecond latency for immediate actuation.

Long-Range Telemetry

LoRaWAN / Sub-GHz (900MHz)

Penetrates urban foliage and concrete. Ideal for connecting distant approach sensors or advance detection zones without trenching new cable.

Local Area Grid

WiFi 6 / Zigbee / BLE 5.0

High-speed local mesh for maintenance access, V2X interfaces, and dense sensor clusters within the intersection box.

Wide Area Backhaul

Cellular (4G LTE / 5G) / Satellite

Redundant cloud uplink for dashboard analytics, OTA updates, and remote alerting when physical lines are unavailable.
